Join Our Housekeeping Team!
We are looking for dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendants to join
our professional hospitality team. If you take pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness standards and
creating memorable guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets,
and cleaning bathrooms. - Restock guest amenities, toiletries, fresh linens, towels, and refreshments.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards promptly to the management
team. - Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including corridors, lobbies, and
guest facilities. - Â Follow hotel cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations always.
- Assist with laundry duties when required, ensuring linens are cleaned and presented to a high
standard. - Respond to guest requests promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Work efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably within 4-star or 5-star hotels, is desirable.
- Â Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
- Knowledge of hygiene, health & safety, and security procedures.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Â Physically fit and able to carry out manual housekeeping duties, including lifting, bending,
and standing for extended periods.
