who can manage administrative functions, support business operations, and ensure the office runs

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring an organised and efficient working
    environment.
  • Manage office administration, records, and company documentation.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Support the recruitment, payroll, compliance, and operations teams with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and liaise with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are followed.
  • Prepare reports, monitor office budgets, and assist senior management with business
    administration.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Support the implementation of new processes to improve office efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the administrative team where required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administration Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Experience within the hospitality or recruitment industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
