We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and reliable Food & Beverage Assistants to join
our professional hospitality team. If you enjoy delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced
environment and are passionate about hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a professional and efficient manner.
- Welcome guests and ensure tables are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Take guest orders accurately and ensure food and drinks are served promptly.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all Food & Beverage
outlets. - Develop a good knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist guests with their choices.
- Communicate guest requests, dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests accurately
to the kitchen and management team. - Respond to guest enquiries professionally and always deliver excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient
service.
Requirements
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Must have the right to work in the UK. Proof of eligibility will be required before
employment.
