We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Bartenders to join our professional
hospitality team. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding guest service and enjoy working in a
fast-paced bar environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Take drink orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar area.
- Restock bar supplies, glassware, and beverages as required.
- Ensure all licensing laws, food safety, and health & safety procedures are followed.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Work closely with the bar and wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth and efficient
service.
Requirements
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service is desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
