We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and motivated Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen
team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced
hospitality environment and takes pride in producing exceptional food.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with hotel standards.
- Manage your designated kitchen section efficiently and ensure consistency in food quality
and presentation. - Support banqueting operations and high-volume food service.
- Maintain excellent standards of food preparation, storage, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and minimise waste.
- Lead, support, and train junior members of the kitchen team.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment always.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a busy hotel or restaurant.
- Experience in banqueting and high-volume kitchen operations.
- Strong knowledge of classic cooking techniques and British cuisine.
- Experience working within a multi-outlet kitchen operation.
- Good understanding of food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
